I am not sure what you meant by "music tone" or a "more effective" sound. However, if you meant the "melody", what I did was to record the chords and the melody separately on different "tracks". If your keyboard can do "sequencing", then it should be able to do that. If you meant adding a new sounds to your keyboard or organ, then I have no experience doing it, but I know that you need to have what's called "Sampling card" to do that. I hope this helps.
