I know, I know. I played too fast on the video! The tempo in my head was going very fast! But it has been done, and I’m not willing to go back to recording it all over again. Anyway, since there’s a lot of repetition (i.e., there aren’t a lot of changes to chords), I believe one can still see what I play quite clearly on the video?

There was a request to demonstrate how to play the melody along with the accompaniment for this song. I have to warn you that it’s going to be difficult to see what I play on the video. That’s because there are so many fingers there! 
Anyway, I hope you can see what notes I pressed.
This is fine on keyboard cos the keyboard can provide the melody. But how can we get a similar effect on the normal conventional piano….:)
The melody is meant to be sung along.
This is piano karaoke! Haha! On a more serious note, yes, melody can actually be played together with the chords, but I won’t do it using 2 fingers the way I showed on video. 
Right. At least it sounds better without Meryl Streep.
any chance u can post an easy way to play both melody and chords? what should I play then? Would it work if play what u play with your right hand with the melody?

Hi evie! Sorry for the late reply. I’ve moved to PianoCheats.com for a while now, so I don’t check the messages on this site that regularly. For the chords, the voice I used is Stereo…something, can’t remember the name fully, but it’s the first piano voice on Korg TR76. As for the melody, I used Tinkle Bell.
