I have done the illustration using 2 different keys: F# (the original key) and F (an easier key to play).
There are only 2 different progressions in the whole song. The 1st progression is repeated throughout the song except during the bridge. This is how the 1st progression goes:
I –> IIIm –> VIm –> I/5 –> [...]

等 — 陈百强
I have simplified the playing of this song so that you only need to use 3 fingers to play it. In fact, in this case, it is even not necessary to learn what chords to play or what the word “chord” means! The notes to play are quite clearly shown on the video. [...]

E [...]

Before I go into a lengthy explanation of how I play this song, let’s watch the video illustration…
There are 2 parts in the verse. The 1st progression goes like this:
I –> V/7 –> VIm –> VIm/5 –> IV –> V –> I
Can you see the pattern in the bass? The bass [...]

This song is in the A key. I have simplified it such that you only need 4 chords on the right hand to play the whole song. This 4 chords are the 3 basic chords of the A key, i.e., A, D and E chords; and the G chord.
There are basically 2 different chord progressions, [...]

Let’s start with the video…
The original key is C#. I played it in the key of C in the video, as this is a much easier key to follow for most people.
The intro to this song is made up of 2 chords: IIm7 and V chords.
So in the key of C, [...]

The song is originally in F#. To make it easier, I have done my illustration in the key of F instead. Please see the video below:
The introduction is not in the video. It’s just the F chord followed by a Bbm chord.
The progression for the verse is played twice. So is [...]
